The property is fully furnished and self-contained with all modern conveniences, extensive garden and off road parking for two cars.  It will comfortably accommodate up to four occupants.  The Annexe is offered on a weekly rental basis with all utility costs included under a Licence to Occupy.  It comprises:

Open plan kitchen/living and dining space (fitted fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer)

Two double bedrooms and shower/WC

Outside parking

Please note that no pets are allowed or DSS tenants.  The property is strictly non-smoking.
